Terms of use

Please read these terms before using the tool. By connecting your site, you agree to them.

1. What the service is

WordPress Repair is a self-service tool that connects to a WordPress website over FTP/FTPS to diagnose and repair common errors. It is provided to help you restore a malfunctioning site.

2. Your responsibilities

3. Access tokens

Each token authorises repairs for a single website and becomes locked to the first site it is used on. Tokens may not be shared, resold, or reused across multiple sites. Tokens may be revoked in cases of misuse.

4. No guarantee of a specific outcome

The tool addresses the most common causes of WordPress failures, but not every problem can be solved automatically (for example database corruption, server misconfiguration, or malware). The service is provided “as is,” without warranty that it will fix every issue.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the tool. Supported file changes use on-site backups and recovery records, but permissions, connection failures, database changes, and server limits can prevent complete recovery. Keep an independent hosting backup.

6. Acceptable use

7. Purchases

Self-help access is sold directly on this site through PayPal and is subject to the checkout, authorization, capture, and refund terms described here. Optional hands-on services are separate.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version always governs your use.

If anything here is unclear, ask via the Fiverr gig before connecting your site.
